When you use our website, free tools, or paid services, we may collect:

- Business information: your trade, company name, zip code, service area, and any details you share through forms or free tools.
- Usage analytics: pages visited, time on site, referring URLs, and general interaction patterns. This data is collected anonymously and does not personally identify you.
- Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting and security), browser type, device type, and operating system.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver prospect lists, reports, and service updates to paying clients.
- Manage your account and communications through our CRM.
- Send follow-up emails about our services, offers, or content you may find useful.
- Operate free tools (e.g., processing your trade and zip code to return results).
- Improve our website, services, and marketing through analytics.
- Generate and qualify leads for our internal sales and outreach operations.

3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate JobSteady. Each processes only the minimum data needed for its function:
- GoHighLevel — our CRM for managing client accounts, pipelines, and communications.
- Instantly — for email delivery, campaign management, and inbox warmup.
- Supabase — database hosting for tool data, lead records, and application state.
- Google Analytics — website traffic analysis and visitor behavior (anonymized).
- Vercel — website hosting, deployment, and anonymous page-view analytics.
- Google Maps API — to source public business data for prospecting tools.
These services process your data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices but choose providers with strong data-protection standards.
4. Email Communications and Opt-Out
When you provide your email address, you may receive emails from us including service updates, prospect deliveries, marketing content, and follow-ups. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking that link or emailing us at hello@gpteamhq.com. We will process your opt-out request within 10 business days. Transactional emails related to active paid accounts (billing confirmations, account changes) are not subject to opt-out.
5. CAN-SPAM Compliance
All commercial emails sent by JobSteady comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Our emails include our company name, physical mailing address, and a clear way to unsubscribe. We never use deceptive subject lines or misleading header information. If you believe you received an email from us in error, contact hello@gpteamhq.com and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous page-view data without personal identifiers or tracking cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track session behavior. We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or sell data to ad networks. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
7. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Period. Your data is used solely to deliver our services and communicate with you.

We keep your contact and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you cancel, we retain basic records for accounting and legal compliance purposes (typically up to 3 years). Free tool submissions are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. We will delete your personal data upon written request within 30 days.

- Deletion: request that we delete your personal data from our systems.
