1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using getjobsteady.com, any of our free tools, or any paid service offered by JobSteady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

We use publicly available data and AI-powered research to identify potential commercial clients — property managers, facility directors, general contractors, and other decision-makers — who may need your services. Our offerings include:

Paid prospecting plans: curated prospect lists with verified contact information delivered to your inbox on a recurring basis.
Free tools: website-based utilities such as the Client Finder, Business Health Score, and Profit Calculator, offered as a courtesy with no obligation.
Commercial permit data: permit filings and construction activity sourced from public records to identify upcoming opportunities.
Lead generation: inbound and outbound systems designed to connect contractors with commercial decision-makers.

4. User Responsibilities

When using JobSteady, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when signing up or using our tools.
Use prospect data only for your own legitimate business outreach — not for spamming, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
Comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, when sending emails to prospects we provide.
Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Not resell, redistribute, scrape, or share any data, prospect lists, or tool outputs with third parties.

5. CAN-SPAM Compliance

By using our service, you agree to follow all applicable email laws including the CAN-SPAM Act. Every outreach email you send using our prospect data must include your business name, physical address, and a working unsubscribe link. We may suspend or terminate your account if we receive evidence of non-compliant email practices.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We deliver qualified prospects, not booked jobs. While we work hard to find the best-fit commercial contacts for your trade and area, we cannot and do not guarantee that any prospect will respond, schedule a meeting, or hire you. We make no guarantees regarding specific revenue, number of clients, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your own follow-up, pricing, service quality, and market conditions.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Prospect data, permit records, lead information, and any data surfaced by our free tools are sourced from public records, third-party databases, and automated research. While we take reasonable steps to verify accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is 100% accurate, complete, or up to date. Contact details, permit statuses, business information, and tool outputs may contain errors or become outdated. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it for business decisions.

8. Free Website Tools

We offer free tools on our website (such as the Client Finder, Business Health Score, and Profit Calculator) as a courtesy. These tools are provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind. Results are based on third-party data sources and algorithms that may not reflect your exact situation. Free tools are rate-limited and may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All prospecting technology, research methods, algorithms, compiled data sets, website content, branding, and tool interfaces are the exclusive property of Global Pioneers LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the prospect information we deliver for your own outreach purposes only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our tools, technology, or proprietary processes.

10. Billing and Cancellation

All plans are billed month-to-month unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to hello@gpteamhq.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Pioneers LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of JobSteady, our website, free tools, or any data we provide. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, or damages resulting from reliance on prospect or permit data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to JobSteady at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, non-payment, abusive behavior, or non-compliant email practices. Upon termination, your right to use our services and any delivered prospect data ceases immediately. We may provide a pro-rated refund at our discretion for prepaid periods not yet delivered.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of JobSteady shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of JobSteady after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
